Alta Peak 2010

This was a day hike on Sunday, July 25 to the "back side" of Alta Peak on the east side of Snoqualmie Pass, via Rachel Lake and Rampart Ridge. It is about 10 miles round trip, and in addition to conditioning, the objective of this hike was to give the participants experience in off-trail navigation and rough terrain. - GS
